Saudi Arabia and Iran will reopen their embassies shortly

  Tehran, IRAN-  Saudi Arabia and Iran will reopen embassies in each other's capitals "within days," Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdolakhian said on Friday. Seven years after the two countries terminated their activities, there is a breakthrough in relations. According to the official translation into Arabic, "We have agreed to reopen the Iranian and Saudi Arabian embassies in Tehran and Riyadh in the next few days, during the last phone call between the foreign ministers of Iran and Saudi Arabia on Eid al-Fitr."

The OPEC-Russia oil output agreement is still in effect

The deal between the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and Russia has been confirmed by the UAE's energy minister.  The war in Ukraine, according to Energy Minister Suhail al-Mazrouei, should have no bearing on the oil companies' strategy. "Anything we do as a state, we always feel that when it comes to production and this effort, it needs to stay out of politics," Mazrouei said at the Atlantic Council's energy event in Dubai.

Gunmen stormed illegal cockfighting site in Mexico, killing 20 spectators

The incident occurred in Las Tinajas, a rural town in ZinapĆ©cuaro Police in Mexico revealed that a group of militants assaulted an illegal cockfighting site in a tiny village in western Michoacan, killing 20 people.  Police and bystanders detailed a horrifying carnage in which assailants dressed in military clothes arrived shortly after 10.20 p.m. on Sunday and started firing with assault rifles on crowds of mostly middle-aged males.  The highway leading to the cockfighting arena was blocked by two small trucks.  Mexican police said they discovered 19 bodies, 16 men and 3 women, according to local media.  Another victim died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. There are about 100 7.62 caliber rifle bullets on the ground. Police also impounded 15 vehicles that were present at the accident scene.

Turkey Neutralizes 137 Terrorists.

PKK Offshoot Claimed Responsibility For Deadly Blaze In Turkey.

DAMASUS, Syria — According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights report Turkey has sent more than 50 vehicles to Syria by Kafr Lusin border crossing in the north of Idlib. Kurdish Forces Claim To Have Retaken Several Villages From Turkish Armed Forces

T he Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have said that their forces have beaten back of Turkish forces in Ras al-Ain (Sare Kani) neighborhood. New York City Shooting Leaves 4 Dead, Several Injured

As many as 4 people were killed, and 3 others were wounded in Brooklyn shooting incident. Police officials said that 4 people had been murdered in a cold blood on Saturday morning. Bystanders said police leaped into action after the emergency alarm sounded. The shooting took place at 74 Utica Avenue, in the Weeksville vicinity of Brooklyn the administrative unit of New York City. All victims including a woman with superficial injuries were shifted to a local hospital for adequate medical treatment. Independence Problem Of Catalonia

The Catalan independence movement date back from 1922 when Francesc MaciĆ  established the political party Catalan State. He was the 122nd President of Catalonia and formerly an officer in the Spanish Army. In 1931, all parties including the Second Spanish Republic agreed to its autonomy within the Spanish state. During the civil war in 1938, General Francisco Franco exterminated Catalan autonomy and killed at least 3,500 separatists. General Francisco Franco was born on 04.12.1892 in Ferrol, Galicia, and died on 20.11.1975 in Madrid. Following his death in 1975 Catalan political parties concentrated on autonomy rather than independence. Spain’s 2008 economic crisis hit the Catalonia region very hard leaving it with 19% unemployment, and 21% nationally, that worked as add fuel to fire by giving birth to modern independence movement began in 2010.
