Web News Speaking to the media on Tuesday, the Turkish military officer had announced the killing of over 80 Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) militants in northern Iraq . Turkish air force launched intelligence based air strikes on Monday in the Asos region of north Iraq in which more than 80 PKK militants were killed the Turkish military sources said . Ever Since PKK militants have started the armed struggle against the Turkish forces more than 40,000 civilians mostly women and children have been killed in their terrorist attacks since 1984 .

Web News  KABUL , Afghanistan — The Afghan Military sources have announced the killing and wounding of 36 militants in different parts of the country . On Thursday , Afghan military media cell told the media while briefing that at last 17 insurgents have been killed and 19 others wounded in last 24 hours in aerial bombardment and artillery shelling . It further added that counter terrorism operation was launched in the various parts of Ghazni, Logar, Khost, Kandahar, Zabul, Farah, Jawzjan, Faryab, Kunduz and Helmand provinces .
