An accident took place on Thursday evening Iraqi Police said. It more added that in the incident 21 people were killed and 17 others were wounded when a man rammed An Explosive-car into Abu Layla restaurant in eastern Mosul. An eyewitness said that the targetted restaurant is frequently used by the Iraqi military personals. The victory against ISIS was declared year ago, but some remaining elements are spreading chaos and havoc to penetrate security forces and civilians in order to expand control in the strategic constituency.

Web News  Syria, DAMASCUS    —   The Syrian Observatory for Human    Rights (SOHR) has reported that about 32 members of US-Backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF)  were killed and wounded in the Islamic State’s car bombing on Sunday. It added that 12 members of SDF were killed and 20 others were wounded after ISIS explosive vehicle ripped through the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces outpost in the province of Deir Ezzor. Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) denied the news. Saying a  rumor  itself is  not  credible unless  it is  proven to be true.
