Mosul, Iraq — An Explosive Vehicle had rammed Into the restaurant in Mosul Province leaving around 38 people killed and wounded. An accident took place on Thursday evening Iraqi Police said. It more added that in the incident 21 people were killed and 17 others were wounded when a man rammed An Explosive-car into Abu Layla restaurant in eastern Mosul. An eyewitness said that the targetted restaurant is frequently used by the Iraqi military personals. The victory against ISIS was declared year ago, but some remaining elements are spreading chaos and havoc to penetrate security forces and civilians in order to expand control in the strategic constituency.
