The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) spokesperson said that when the crew reacted to the gunfire, all five of the accused terrorists were killed during the gunfight.
He said that firearms, explosives, and hand grenades were gathered from the site following the operation.
According to CTD officers, initial probes suggested that the executed terrorists were allegedly involved in terrorist activities in Punjab.
The operation was based on sensitive knowledge concerning their movements and strategies.
The spokesperson said that authorities have launched a more thorough search operation in Attock's border districts in an effort to locate any remaining suspects, accomplices, or facilitators who could have escaped during the raid.
