ISLAMABAD, Pakistan — For violating the integrity of the territorial water, the Pakistani Maritime Security Agency took 23 Indian fishermen as prisoners in the latest crackdown. The operation against piscators was kicked off on Wednesday when they were indulged in illegal fishing in Pakistani territorial waters, Pakistani Naval affiliated Maritime Security Agency spokesperson reported today during the press briefing. All captured fishermen were sent to the police station for legal action. Due to a lack of sophisticated fishing boats, the violation of territorial water law has become the order of the day for poorly countries' fishermen. Last week 23 Indian fishermen along with 4 boats were captured by the Pakistani Maritime Security Agency near Sir Creek in the Arabian sea. The Sir creek opens up into the Arabian Sea, and
separates the Gujarat state of India from the Sindh province of Pakistan.
