More Than 150 Taliban Capitulated To Afghan Government Forces

170 Taliban insurgents including three distinguished commanders Abdullah, Mohammad Yousuf, and Mullah Sarwar surrendered to Afghan security forces following the
defeat in different territories of Herat and Ghor provinces, Afghanistan
high-level authorities said in an announcement on Monday. Afghan officials
further added that 160 Taliban jihadists from Shahrak district in Ghor
province, and 12 other insurgents from Chasht-e Sharif district of Herat province laid
down weapons and joined government ranks after getting settled their legal status.
