Iraqi Army Dislodges Islamic State Militants From Annah Town

AL-ANBAR , Iraq - Iraqi army has announced the full liberation of Annah town , near the Iraq - Syria border . On Thursday , Lt. Gen. Abdul-Amir Yarallah said in a statement that Iraqi army and its allied forces have liberated Annah town in Anbar’s western borders with Syria . He further added 2 days ago anti terrorists operation was launched in which Annah town and neighborhood of Rayhana were liberated . during the fierce clashes over 30 Islamic state militants were killed and scores others wounded . After the liberation of Annah town , Islamic state controls Qaim and Rawa towns in Al-Anbar province .

Russian Airstrikes Wreak Havoc On Tahrir al-Sham Leadership - Russian Defense Ministry

Written By Shujaat Hussain Abbasi IDLIB , Syria -  At least 12 Tahrir al-Sham field commanders have been killed and their  Prominent  Leader Abu Mohammad al-Julan  sustained multiple injuries in Russian airstrike , the spokesman for Russian defense ministry Major-General Igor Konashenkov said on Tuesday . He added their warplanes launched intelligence based airstrikes in which they targeted Tahrir al-Sham formerly known as Al - Nusra Front meeting venue in which more than 60 terrorists including 12 field commanders and Julani body guards were eliminated and score others were wounded . Local sources of Idlib city said in accurate and timely airstrikes Prominent  Leader Abu Mohammad al-Julan lost his both hands .

Saudi Arabia and Iran will reopen their embassies shortly

  Tehran, IRAN-  Saudi Arabia and Iran will reopen embassies in each other's capitals "within days," Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdolakhian said on Friday. Seven years after the two countries terminated their activities, there is a breakthrough in relations. According to the official translation into Arabic, "We have agreed to reopen the Iranian and Saudi Arabian embassies in Tehran and Riyadh in the next few days, during the last phone call between the foreign ministers of Iran and Saudi Arabia on Eid al-Fitr."
