Web News DAMASCUS, Syria — Quoting to the Syrian military source, Sputnik news agency reported that over a 100 militants belonging to the Al-Nusra Front were killed when their attack was thwarted by Syrian government forces because of a strong fortification. Syrian government forces supported by the Russian air force wrought havoc on Tahrir al-Sham al-Hayat (the Levant Liberation Board or the Al-Nusra Front) by inflicting heavy losses upon them in northern Hamma. The Syrian military said that more than 130 Al-Nusra Front members including infamous commanders were killed when they lost momentum due to government forces' powerful retaliation foreign News Agency reported today. The report further added that Syrian government forces beat back the Turkish backed Jihadists and managed to regain all constituency which they had lost earlier. Combat still continues in Tal al-Melh and al-Jobin regions of Hama.
