DEIR EZZOR , Syria - In an important battle of  Deir Ezzor our forces have achieved swift and significant victories against Islamic State terrorists within short span of time , Senior military officer  of SAA said on Friday . He added during the briefing to media that Syrian Arab Army and its allies forces have secured the control of a town and villages in the western part of Deir Ezzor province , without any tough resistance in the battle field . He further told the SANA news agency that in consecutive military operation Khasham town and Halbia , Zalbia and al-Qasabi villages were liberated . In related development Syrian Arab Army managed to seize the control of Mzin al-Baqar, al-Mushirfa al-Shamalia , Rasm al-Tawil , Joret al-Nazal and Mesaied regions in the eastern side of Homs province.
