Iraqi Military Liberates 103 Villages , Kills around 600 IS Terrorists , In First Stage of Hawija Operation

KIRKUK , Iraq -  The military media cell of Iraq has announced the killing of 557 Islamic state terrorists in the first stage of anti Daesh operation in Hawija district , located in the oil rich province of Kirkuk , about 240 km north of Bagdad . The statement released by the Iraqi military media cell on Wednesday , said that at least 557 Islamic state militants were killed and 103 villages liberated from ISIS in the first phase of military operation . It further added during the military operation over 40 laden explosive vehicles , 24 armored vehicles carrying terrorists were destroyed . Same source added that 381 improvised explosive devices planted by the Islamic State terrorists in different areas of Hawija were defused . The military operation for the liberation of Hawija district was announced by the Iraqi P.M Haider Jawad Kadhim Al-Abadi on 21 September 2017 , within short period of time Iraqi military in collaboration with paramilitary forces and anti ISIS international coalition aviation has secured huge success against the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) . On September 1 , 2017 , Tal Afar was liberated from the  ISIS , it is a city and district in the Nineveh province of northwestern Iraq, 63 km west of Mosul . On 9th of  July , 2017 , the liberation  of Mosul was announced by the  Iraqi P.M Haider Jawad Kadhim Al-Abadi . Iraqi news reported .

Train Collision In Spain: 39 Passengers Killed & 122 Injured

Córdoba, Spain -  At least 39 passengers were killed when two trains crashed in Córdoba at around 19:45 on Sunday.  Córdoba is a city in Andalusia, a southern region of Spain, and it is the provincial capital. According to official reports, out of 122 people who received medical care for their injuries, 48, including five children, are still in the hospital. Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has announced three days of mourning and vowed to conduct a "thorough and absolutely transparent" investigation into the incident.  The high-speed train service between Madrid and Andalusia will be halted until at least Friday.  Local media reports that authorities have started up offices in numerous locations where victims' relatives may provide DNA samples to assist in the deceased's identification.

Pakistani President, Mr Asif Ali Zardari, Begins 4-day Iraq Visit

BAGHDAD, Iraq  —   President Asif Ali Zardari rolled into Baghdad on Saturday for an official visit all about boosting trade ties. President Zardari aims to strengthen relations with Baghdad following years of limited interaction.    "President Asif Ali Zardari arrived in Baghdad for a four-day official visit to Iraq," his office announced on social media.   Culture Minister Dr. Ahmed Fakkak Al-Badrani warmly welcomed him. The visit seeks to enhance cooperation and strengthen relations between Pakistan and Iraq through meetings with senior Iraqi leaders.   Zardari's trip is part of recent top-level meet-ups to boost ties between the two sides, focusing on economic, political, and community links.   Pakistan's foreign office announced that the president will hold discussions with Iraq's senior leaders regarding cooperation in trade, investment, energy, technology, education, and personnel.
